Gergő Gacs  Research Assistant

I graduated in psychology from the University of Pécs (PTE), completing both my BA and MA there, and earned my sports psychology certificate from Károly Gáspár University. I currently work as an ADHD diagnostician and as a sports psychologist, supporting athletes and non-athlete clients in performance-related and everyday psychological challenges.

As a PhD student at ELTE, my research examines how breathing interventions affect cognitive functioning, with a focus on individuals with ADHD. I am drawn to the idea that something as ancient and instinctive as breath might hold measurable, evidence-based value in modern clinical practice. My primary interest lies in whether structured breathing techniques can serve as a meaningful complementary approach to ADHD treatment, alongside traditional interventions.
