The neural background of emotional flexibility: an fMRI study

"In this study I investigated the neural correlates of valence-specific emotional flexibility, focusing on the impact of the context that served as an implicit cue to change the valence of the elicited emotions. The results of the study broaden our knowledge about valence-specific emotional flexibility.  In addition, the results suggest that emotional responses differ between positive and negative emotional stimuli on both a behavioral and neural level."
