Inflexibility and food choice hesitation as an early marker of eating
problems?

"In the current project I am interested to find early markers or elements of risk factors that could lead to eating problems. Eating problems can be explained with a continuum, where healthy eating sits on one side and eating disorders on the other, while sub-clinical problems can be found in the middle.  My plan is to examine whether cognitive inflexibility and food choice based on healthiness or portions found to be different with patients with eating disorder can be tacked and which extent in sub-clinical eaters."
